Well, looks like we’ve got the essential ingredients covered – bacon and booze! Up first was Jim Boisvert’s beer-bacon barbecue bread!

First, the bacon for a tasty bread topping. And a nice cold beer with a Blue Jays logo on it.

Then the dough – 3 cups of self-raising flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, and a full can of BEER!

Then the toppings – whisked egg brushed on top, followed by BACON bits (real ones!) fresh-grated parmesan and chopped garden chives.

Up next – indirect grilling, medium-low, for 50 minutes.

Then direct grilling. Both burners, 10 minutes.
