Randall's Rant: How can you deport a man to a country he's never been to?

The government wants to deport an Ottawa man to a country he’s never lived in. The man’s parents are from India. The man is a convicted criminal. Drugs, break & enter, speeding. He is NOT a terrorist. SHOULD this man be deported?
