Gord Downie has announced two solo concerts, one in Ottawa and one in Toronto, supporting his Secret Path project. The project will be both songs and a graphic novel Downie wrote. The Ottawa concert will coincide with the release of Secret Path, Tuesday October 18th at the NAC. The Toronto concert will be Friday, October 21st at Roy Thompson Hall. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, September 23rd, with all proceeds going to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
