I think we can all put our worries aside, Tool’s new album will come out as expected this August.

They just announced the name of the album: Fear Inoculum, so it would be rude not to release it, at this point.

Fear Inoculum will be Tool’s first album in 13 years and is set for release on August 30th.

They will also be releasing their catalog digitally this Friday, August 2nd.

MJK also says info on the first single and pre-orders will be coming down the pipe shortly.
