U2 has reintroduced their classic track ‘Discothèque’ in a digital re-release, marking the beginning of a fresh series of “deep dives” into their musical archives. Originally debuted 27 years ago, the iconic Irish rock band’s hit dancefloor single has now resurfaced online, promising fans a nostalgic journey.

Entitled “To Love and Only Love, Deep Dives and B-Sides,” this new series kicks off with ‘Discothèque,’ offering a total of 12 newly remastered single collections slated for release throughout the year. The initial digital collection comprises 10 fresh mixes of ‘Discothèque’ along with two alternate versions of the band’s b-side track ‘Holy Joe,’ including a ‘Garage Mix’ and ‘Guilty Mix.’

Among the remixes of the 1997 single are renditions like the ‘DM Deep Club Mix,’ ‘Howie B, Hairy B Mix,’ ‘Hexidecimal Mix,’ and a ‘DM Deep Instrumental Mix,’ among others, promising a diverse array of interpretations for fans to enjoy.
